Booking & Availability
How do I book?
Sessions are by appointment only. Email me with:
- session type (headshots, family, seniors, branding, etc.)
- preferred day(s) (weekday/weekend)
- preferred time (AM/PM)
I’ll reply with availability and next steps.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and debit/credit (where available).
When is payment due?
Payment is due on or before the day of your session.
For sessions over $140, a deposit and/or contract may be required to reserve your date.
Cancellations
Do you have a cancellation fee?
Cancellations within 24 hours of your session may incur a $20 non-refundable fee due to prep time and the reserved time slot. Weather- or illness-related cancellations may be waived when appropriate.
Location & Travel
Where do sessions take place? Do you travel?
Locations depend on your vision (indoor/outdoor), group size, and weather.
- Indoor: Home studio (Sacramento, 95864 area) with backdrop options available.
- Outdoor: Your chosen location within the Sacramento region.
Travel outside the region is available with additional travel fees.
Planning
Do you help plan the session?
Yes. Share your ideas (colors, vibe, inspiration photos). Once we align on the concept, we book your date and I help guide the details.
Delivery
What do I receive?
You’ll receive edited digital images via a private download link.
What is your turnaround time?
Typical timing (varies by session and package):
- Proof gallery: about 1 week after your session
- Final edits: typically 2–7 days after you select favorites
Final download links should be saved within 7 days of delivery.
Add-ons & Archiving
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes. Additional edited images are available:
- $15 each
How long are photos archived?
Images are archived for 1 year. During that time, additional images may be available for purchase. After one year, please inquire.
Extras
Are gift certificates available?
Yes—available in various amounts and/or package options.
Do you collaborate with other creatives?
Yes—select collaborations are considered. Send your concept and details.
